1. Description of Service
Free Psychic Chat provides an online platform that connects users (“Users,” “you”) with independent psychic advisors (“Advisors”) for live chat sessions offering insights, guidance, and readings on various topics such as love, career, and personal development.
2. For Entertainment Purposes Only – IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER
You explicitly acknowledge and agree that the Service, including all content, advice, and readings provided by Advisors, is for entertainment purposes only.
The Service is not, and is not intended to be, a substitute for professional advice. The information provided by Advisors does not constitute medical, legal, financial, psychological, or any other professional advice. You should not rely on any information from the Service to make decisions about your health, finances, legal matters, or personal well-being. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional for such matters. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or efficacy of any advice or reading.
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
4. User Account and Conduct
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the Service to:
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or defame any person.
- Engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activity.
- Transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Free Introductory Offer, Paid Services, and Payments
- Free Chat: We offer the first three (3) minutes of your initial chat session with any new Advisor for free. This offer is intended to allow you to assess your connection with the Advisor.
- Paid Services: If you choose to continue the chat session beyond the free three (3) minutes, you will be prompted to purchase additional time. All applicable fees will be clearly displayed before you are charged. By continuing the session, you agree to pay the rates displayed.
- Payment: You agree to provide valid and current payment information. All payments are processed through a secure third-party payment processor.
- Refund Policy: All charges for services rendered are final and non-refundable. The free introductory period serves as your opportunity to evaluate the service before making a purchase.
6. Psychic Advisors
Advisors on our platform are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Free Psychic Chat. We do not control the content, opinions, or advice they provide. We conduct a vetting process for Advisors, but we make no representations or warranties regarding their skills, qualifications, or the accuracy of their readings. Any interaction you have with an Advisor is solely between you and the Advisor.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Free Psychic Chat and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
10. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL FREE PSYCHIC CHAT, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY (INCLUDING ADVISORS) ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Free Psychic Chat and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
